SMRA's By-Laws, Standing Rules and Precedents

SMRA is governed by the By-Laws, Standing Rules and Precedents of SMRA, Inc. As a member association of IGRA, we are bound by the By-Laws and Standing Rules of that organization as well.

Generally, By-Laws cover such items as:

• Object and Purpose
• Affiliation
• Fiscal Year
• Meetings
• Boards
• Corporation Insignias, Colors
• Parliamentary Authority
• Dissolution of the Corporation
• Changes to the By-Laws and Standing Rules
• Conflict of Interest Policy

Precedents cover such items as:

• Membership
• Officers
• Standing Committees
• Delegates and Alternates
